Crazy Karting Complaints Procedure

1. Raising a Complaint

If you experienced an issue or are dissatisfied in any way, please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us by:

  • In person or by phone during your visit or shortly after:

  • By filling in our complaints form located at the bottom of this page.
  • By post to:
    Crazy Karting, Unit 2 Raglan St, Bolton, BL1 6NR

2. Acknowledgement

We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days, either by email, phone, or in person, depending on how you reached out.

3. Resolution & Next Steps

We’ll investigate promptly and aim to resolve your complaint within 10 working days. If we need more time, we’ll contact you to explain why and give you a revised timeframe.

4. Escalation

If you’re still unhappy with our response, your complaint can be escalated to a Senior Manager, who will review and respond within 5 additional working days.

5. Confidentiality & Follow-Up

Your complaint and details will remain confidential, and we’ll keep you updated on the progress until the matter is fully resolved.
